Refund Policy

Eligibility

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: A new customer purchasing a paid plan or project for the first time may request a full refund within 7 days, provided it is their first purchase and they have not violated the Terms of Service.

Service Failures: Prorated refunds apply when uptime falls below 95% or services are unavailable for 7 or more consecutive days.

Billing Errors: Full refunds are issued for duplicate or incorrect charges.

Account Termination by Company: A prorated refund is issued for the unused portion if a subscription is suspended or terminated by us without cause.

Process

Submit refund requests to billing@zesiger.net within 30 days, including your account email, transaction ID, and reason. Review takes 5–7 business days; processing takes a further 5–10 business days after approval.

Special Protections
