All user data, including account information, billing records, session data, and databases, is stored exclusively at Hetzner's datacenter in Helsinki, Finland (EU). For specific projects, additional infrastructure may be used in other regions; persistent data remains in Finland whenever feasible.

Third-Party Services

Major processors include Cloudflare, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, OpenAI, Hetzner, and OVHcloud. We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention

Retention varies by data type: active accounts plus a 90-day grace period; logs retained 30–90 days; billing records up to 10 years as required by Swiss law; contact form submissions retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry.
